Just the next day at the MRT station, walking towards the usual no. 14 door that will stop right in front of the escalator at my destination, i noticed a MLC lady scooping a spoonful of steamed corns from her styrofoam cup, blow it cool and consume it, right there in the MRT station and hey, where are the station control staff !?!? won't she be fined ? I recalled once at Tiong Bahru while waiting for the train, some kids were playing dangerously on the escalator and immediately, a warning announcement is made. Either the City Hall MRT staff is not working, or the fine is for S'poreans only !
